1. No RDM (Random Death Match), VDM (Vehicle Death Match), or KOS (Kill On Sight)
All server conflict needs to have substantial RP leading up to the conflict
2. No Metagaming or Stream Sniping.
You cannot use any information that your character did not receive IC.
You cannot be on the server while watching another player’s stream.
3. No Fail RP
Your character must act in a way that makes sense in a real-life situation.
This includes cop-baiting.|
We do not have a traditional NVL (No Value of Life) rule, but we do expect players to roleplay injuries appropriately based on the situation.
You choose what injuries your character sustains, but they should match the level of risk involved.
Example: If your character pulls a weapon while at gunpoint and gets shot down, you should RP serious injuries. It wouldn’t make sense to just walk it off with vest hits or be robbing a store 15 minutes later.
Use your best judgment. If you’re unsure, staff is here to help guide you.
3. No Powergaming
You cannot force another player to RP in a certain way.
You MUST provide counterplay.
4. You and your characters must be at least 18 years old.
5. You must speak and understand English fluently at all times.
6. Be respectful. Do not be toxic or breed toxicity of any kind.

11. Heist and Mechanical Crime Rules
A maximum of 5 players may participate in any mechanical crime (a crime that triggers a police alert through game mechanics, such as store robberies, standard bank heists, car boosting, etc. (NOTE: This does not include Racing).
For Paleto Bank and Pacific Bank, the maximum is 6 players.
The total number of players involved in the heist at any point from start to finish cannot exceed the max limit for that heist type.
Example: If a bank heist is started with 2 people inside, up to 3 more players can be involved later, for a total of 5 players maximum across the entire heist scene.
Example: If a Paleto Bank heist starts with 4 people, up to 1 more may be involved later, for a total of 5 players maximum.
The heist scene is considered over when:
All involved players have either escaped or been caught by police.
There has been no active pursuit or interaction with law enforcement for 10 minutes.
The total max number includes all actions related to the heist. This includes, but is not limited to:
Players inside the crime scene.
Players helping with getaways or extractions.
Players distracting or interfering with police.

17. NVL
You MUST value the life of your character and those whom your character would value (i.e. PD valuing hostages/innocent bystanders, your friends, your partners, etc.) An example of this would be if a gun is placed at your back or aimed at you when unarmed/empty handed, the action showing the most value for life would be to surrender.
If you choose not to have your character surrender, the expectation is that the full consequences of that decision will be RP’d out for story purposes. This might include permadeath, permanent injuries, loss of government jobs, etc.

We expect quality roleplay on the server. The Staff have reserved the right to review interactions on the server and remove people who provide Low Quality Roleplay to others in our community. We will do our best to provide coaching when the situation makes sense, but our top priority is to protect our members and the quality of roleplay on the server.
